• Client may receive less benefit in the event Consulting / Professional Services are not being utilized.
• Client agrees the benefit without Consulting / Professional Services will be calculated as $3.50 : $1.00

Beracha Matching Gift Will Utilize Beracha Subsidies Under Terms Below:

• Client must be an active Client in good standing with Beracha
• Client must work with Beracha utilizing a minimum of one of the following product and/or service offerings:
  • Consulting / Professional Services
  • Shared Services or Long-term Consulting Services in one or more of the following disciplines:
    • Finance
    • Operations
    • Technology
    • Process
    • Marketing / Ad Agency
    • Business Intelligence / Analytics
    • Communications / Social Media
    • InfoSec / Compliance
    • Business
    • Development
  • Software Subscription / Services
  • Design / Digital Media Services
  • Security Services
  • Managed Services / Cloud Services
  • Programming Services
• Client must plan with or seek approval for all Marketing / Advertising / Development Campaign which incorporates Beracha Subsidies for Giving Tuesday.
• Beracha retains the right to protect our program and brand, as well as, control reputational influence of all joint work / fundraising utilizing Beracha Subsidies for Giving Tuesday.
• Wherever possible and with preference to the utilization thereof, Beracha will expect maximum use of their software and marketing solutions for the promotion of all joint work / fundraising which utilizes Beracha Subsidies for Giving Tuesday.
• The Beracha / TQI Team Leader must approve an accountability and transparency plan for Giving Tuesday donations and subsidies along with a sustainability plan. This will include receipt of a list of every participating donor and donation including contact information for each.
• Under no circumstances will donated Giving Tuesday funds (actual) or Giving Tuesday subsides be used for payment of any technology, consulting, communications or marketing services or systems that are not provided by Beracha. All Giving Tuesday funds (donated and actual) are considered restricted funds and will not be used for any purpose other than payment for Beracha Services and/or Systems within 335 days after the completion of the Giving Tuesday campaign.
• 100% of all Giving Tuesday funds generated will be invested in and submitted to Beracha for systems and services rendered no later than 335 days after the Giving Tuesday campaign is completed. Any funds generated, with or without completion of project work will be provided to Beracha without challenge. In the event a change in systems or services plans is deemed necessary after a Giving Tuesday campaign has been completed; all donated funds will be paid to Beracha as if no project scope change were made.

Statement of Understanding:

• Due to the existing relationship between our organizations, I understand by completing my full name, title, business name, email address, mailing address and authorization date, below, that I certify I have agreed to the “Giving Tuesday / Small Things – Great Love” agreement above and that this agreement will become an addendum to active Statements of Work (SOWs) and/or Project Change Requests (PCRs). I understand the above information and will abide by the terms within. I understand any questions concerning these terms and/or policies have been discussed to my satisfaction. I understand a printed photocopy or email transmission of this document is considered to be valid. I understand I may also receive a copy of this document upon request.
