What we are going to accomplish
Our push with the Giving Tuesday campaign is to raised as many funds as possible in one day. This starts with a good strategy and plan of attack to maximize the proliferation of your Giving Tuesday fundraiser. We have broke this down into a step by step process and identified the key parties needed to be successful.
Step 1:
Printed Step Mailers - (Sent in the mail)
With our Co-Branded templates, we provide a professional look and feel that you can easily customize and make your own. These are available for purchase and ready to be customized.
- 3 months - The objective of this first mailer is to simply put Giving Tuesday and your fundraiser on their radar. We want them to start planning to come and give on Giving Tuesday and have you be there first thought when the day arrives.
- 2 month - A reminder to your donor and an opportunity to talk about the work that you are doing. This is a great place to put exciting news and establishing the importance of Giving Tuesday for your organization.
- 2 weeks - Talk about the match challenge and specifics around your Giving Tuesday Fundraiser. Give them instructions on how to give when they visit your site so they know right where to go.
